Mig29 Fulcrum Slovak AirForce Model

Well … I did it again, this is now a second model I bought for 4,99E to build. However, this time, the challenge was a bit bigger with this Mig29 Fulcrum model.

The main challenge came when I opened the small box and realized that the plane designation is for a Russion AirParade Formation “The Swifts”. And with as much as I am sorry for possible average fan of this formation, I didn’t like the color scheme. So I decided to find myself a color scheme  of Slovak AirForce Mig29 (we still have some of these planes operational in our army).

NOTE: This is a very old and low-quality model (2nd model of my life), a few years later I created a MUCH NICER MiG29 of Slovak Air Force model, check it here!

So here are two photos I managed to get for this task:

Now, it took 3 days and probably 6 different mixtures on the pallet to try to get a bit near the grayish pallet of these beasts, and the best I could do is this:

Mig29 Fulcrum plastic model #2
Mig29 Fulcrum plastic model #2
Mig29 Fulcrum plastic model #3

And, as always, some photos from the construction.

Well, I hope you liked the pictures at least a bit. I certainly enjoyed creating something in some long winter nights. Do not hesitate to share a comment 😉
